Each session is three hours long, and includes all black and white processing chemistry, but don’t forget to bring your own paper and negatives.

You can add a 30 minute Refresher to your booking if you feel a bit rusty.

We always have a dedicated technician available to help you too, if you need some guidance or an expert eye to help you make those tricky creative decisions, however please understand this is self led exploration; mastery takes practice and is the most rewarding thing!

Negative Thinking is a community focused space, and as such, there may be others using the darkroom at the time of your visit. We can accommodate up to twelve individual printers at any one time, making your visit to our darkroom a social experience as well as a creative one.

There is a small additional fee if you wish to use alternative chemistry.

If you are printing 16x20” or above there will be a surcharge of £5 for the extra chemistry needed. If you are printing 20x24” please book the Specialist Darkroom.
