Bring your negatives and creative brain, and prepare for a day of in-depth darkroom fun. We'll be focussing on how to develop and perfect your technique by examining in detail the steps needed to produce a stunning silver gelatine print on fibre based paper. 

This is a technical workshop designed for those who have experience in a darkroom, and will involve working independently as well as under instruction.

We'll be looking at technical solutions to common problems, including dodging, burning, masking, compositing, and screening, and looking into split grade printing, and pre-flashing, as well as some creative printing effects. 

This workshop will expand your knowledge and understanding of black and white printing, and will take your skills to the next level!

Experience in a darkroom is required, and all materials are provided.
