We have introduced this half day class with 4 participants to guide more people into the colour darkroom. It is a completely different process to Black & White Printing and this 4 hour introduction will give participants the knowledge to get start on their colour printing journey!
We will cover
Print Density
Colour correction / balance
Processing techniques with our manual processing equipment.
Each participants will get a turn using the colour enlarger to print a colour negative, taking it in turns to adapt the colour balance to suit the tones they want in the print.
At the end of the half day workshop you will have an understanding of the methodology needed for colour printing by hand.
Please note that previous darkroom experience in black & white printing is needed.
